“Terms” refers to these Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, as the context requires.
“Prohibited Activity” refers to any activity that is unlawful, illegal, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Use of the Platform
Disclaimer: Every reasonable effort is made to keep our Platform available to the public by using industry-standard detection software and systems. However, the internet is not a completely secure environment, and we urge you to exercise caution and take all necessary measures when accessing or browsing the Platform or any other website displayed on it. Copyrights & Intellectual Property
The Platform contains trademarks, logos, trade names, patents, and other intellectual property protected by law. Al Rostamani Communications LLC has obtained the necessary permissions to use or display third-party content. You are not authorized to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any protected Content without prior written permission from its rightful owners.
Fraudulent Websites
As Al Rostamani Communications LLC is a recognized systems integrator with a strong market reputation, some entities may attempt to misuse its brand or intellectual property. We actively monitor for fraudulent websites and unauthorized use of our name, logos, or content. Please verify the source link of any website claiming affiliation with us. Only domains under alrostamanigroup.ae are officially recognized.
